This property offers all-inclusive rates and normal rates (bed and breakfast). Please note transfer services & excursions are only complimentary with the All-Inclusive packages. For Bed & Breakfast reservations, these services are available at an extra cost. All-Inclusive rates include: -Accommodations -American breakfast, lunch and dinner -Open Bar: includes water, sodas, juices, house wines and liquors. (Premium wines and liquors available for an additional cost) -Daily excursions: 2 half-day excursions or 1 full day excursion -Access to the Uma Spa: including the pool, sauna and steam room (massages, spa treatments and therapies are available for an additional cost) -Regular transfers to and from Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales and Cerro Castillo (only for packages of minimum 3 nights stay) * -Regular transfer to and from El Calafate, Argentina (available for an additional cost) * * Transfer times are preset and subject to change. Guests are kindly requested to arrange arrival and departure times in advance (Punta Arenas Airport is a 4-hour drive away) LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
