Please note this property pre-authorizes credit cards left on guarantee, this is not a charge/deposit but only a hold or also known as a preauthorization. The credit card entity may reflect it as such (charge/deposit). In the event of a cancellation without penalty, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. If the reservation is effective, the pre-authorization will be released also in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. Foreign business travelers must show their passports and immigration forms when checking-in and when being invoiced during the check-out. Cleaning is performed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Cleaning is not performed on Sundays.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
