We are a Boutique Hostel / Guest House, not a traditional hotel. The check-in and payment process is 100% remote. Payment must be made prior to check-in to guarantee access. We require identification/passport for all guests before arrival. The property is located in an urban and touristic area of Santiago, close to bars and restaurants, so occasional external noise may occur. The house is a renovated old building with a heritage style. Breakfast is simple, complimentary, and prepared daily by our team. Room cleaning is carried out every 3 days. We have a shared kitchen for common use. We do not have a 24-hour front desk.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
