Please note check-in is at 14:00, guests arriving before are welcome to leave their bags at the luggage storage and use the hotel's facilities until their room is ready. If rooms are ready and available before 14:00, guests are welcome to use the room. Please note check-out is at 12:00, guests are welcome to continue using facilities for the day even after their room is returned. Based on s, Chilean citizens, residents, and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chili must pay an additional fee of 19% (VAT tax). Foreign guests staying less than 59 days in Chili can be exempt from this 19% additional fee, by paying in USD and presenting a copy of their immigration card and passport. Please note these documents are required for fee exemption. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19%, regardless of the length of their stay in Chili. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
